Japanese-style mortar and pestle is a pottery bowl with a glazed exterior and a ridged interior for grinding herbs and spices. Three sizes. Large brown Suribachi bowl is 7.5" in diameter and the Cobalt Blue Suribachi comes in 7 3/8", 6" and 5" in diameters.
