Blue Forest first turns blue and then purple in the sun. A delight to watch them change colors as they grow and pick off the green tops to reveal their underlying star patterns. These tomatoes are delicious eaten raw or as sauce. They have a sweet and mild flavor, great for raw tomato salads and salsas.
